Rental & Booking Policy

Rental Policy:

• Vehicle Condition: MBella guarantees that each car is in impeccable condition at the start of your rental. A comprehensive condition report, including photos/videos, will be provided upon vehicle handover.
• Accident Reporting: In case of an accident, immediately inform MBella. You’ll need to secure a police report and get permission from the Ministry of Interior for repairs. You’re responsible for the insurance file opening fees and any applicable excess.
• Insurance Coverage: All rentals come with comprehensive insurance covering damages and theft, with an excess fee you’re liable for. Additional coverage for specific parts like tires or glass is available upon request for an extra charge.
• Mileage: Our standard rental packages include unlimited mileage. If you choose a package with a mileage limit, extra kilometers will incur a nominal fee.
• Fuel: Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and should be returned in the same condition. If not, MBella will charge for refueling plus an additional service fee.
• Toll Usage: Any toll fees (e.g., Salik, Darb) incurred during your rental will be charged to your account post-rental.
• Off-Road Policy: Driving on unpaved roads is strictly prohibited to ensure the longevity of our vehicles unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.
• Cross-Border Travel: Taking vehicles outside UAE is not permitted without prior written approval from MBella.

Booking Policy:

• Eligibility: To rent from MBella, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license. For new UAE license holders (within 6 months), an international driving permit is also required.
• Documentation Required: At booking, you’ll need to provide:
  • A valid passport
  • Visa or Emirates ID (for residents)
  • Driving license
  • A credit card for the security deposit
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is held on your credit card to cover potential damages, traffic fines, toll fees, or fuel charges.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. MBella accepts major credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancel 48 hours before your rental for a full refund.
  • Within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • No-show or cancellation on the day results in the full rental fee being charged.
• Pickup & Drop-off:
  • Vehicles can be picked up and dropped off at our various locations, including airports, at no extra cost during business hours.
  • Out-of-hours or one-way rentals may incur additional fees.
• Rental Duration: We offer flexible rental periods from daily to monthly. Rates are tailored to duration.
